Paperjam is recruiting an “Event Programming Assistant Intern (m/f/x)”
Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and structuring of the annual program (prioritization of themes, alignment of formats, scheduling of cycles)
Identify high-potential topics based on members’ needs, market trends, and major transformations (leadership, ESG, AI, strategic communication)
Support the design of training pathways (standalone modules, professional or cross-functional cycles, hybrid formats)
Contribute to monitoring competing and complementary professional training offerings in Luxembourg and internationally
Participate in the analysis of participant data (feedback, satisfaction rates) to guide programming and improve the learner experience
Identify and qualify expert speakers, and support the preparation and delivery of sessions
Draft training descriptions for internal and external communication materials
Collaborate with the communication team to promote the offering and produce content (interviews, profiles, testimonials)
Contribute to activity tracking and reporting to continuously improve the offering
Profile
Student or recent graduate (minimum Bac+2) in Communication, Project Management, Social Sciences, or related fields
Fluent in French with a good professional level of English
Strong interpersonal skills, rigor, organization, and ability to work in a team
Strong interest in professional training, skills development, and business transformation
Curious, proactive, and autonomous
