Paperjam Advertising is recruiting a Digital Campaign Manager Apprentice (m/f/x)
You will be an integral part of the digital team, which plays a key role in the Paperjam ecosystem: it drives campaign performance and ensures the quality of all activations across our platforms.
Your role: you will contribute to the implementation of campaigns seen by thousands of decision-makers in Luxembourg, working closely with our sales teams and advertisers.
Your missions
Working alongside an experienced team member, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of digital campaigns:
Manage Display Ads campaigns and native solutions (articles, videos, special formats), from planning to launch
Coordinate with Media Advisors and advertisers
Ensure compliance with formats, deadlines, and commitments
Manage the campaign scheduling calendar (formats, inventory, delivery)
Monitor campaign performance and produce reports (reporting, KPIs)
Ensure the quality of campaigns delivered online
Monitor our platforms (website, newsletters) to optimize user experience
Contribute to competitive monitoring and commercial benchmarking
What you will learn
Manage multi-format digital campaigns in a premium media environment
Understand the business challenges of an advertising sales house
Analyze campaign performance (CTR, visibility, engagement, etc.)
Work closely with sales teams and clients
Develop operational rigor and attention to detail
Ultimately, you will be able to manage campaigns independently.
Your profile
Student in digital marketing, business school, or equivalent
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Comfortable with digital tools (Google Ads, SmartAdServer, Typeform, etc.)
Strong interest in media and communication
Team player with good interpersonal skills
Previous experience in an agency or digital marketing is a plus
Conversational level of English required
