We are currently looking for a motivated and driven Junior IT Corporate Support Officer under a permanent contract.
Summary
As a Junior IT Corporate Support Officer, you will report directly to Head of IT OPS.
Missions of the role
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Respond to helpdesk tickets, emails, and user queries in a timely manner
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access permissions
- Troubleshoot basic system and application problems
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues and solutions
- Support routine system updates and maintenance tasks
Required skills
* Educational Background:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred (no mandatory)
* Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS)
- Familiarity with common office software and tools
- Understanding of basic networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Diploma or degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
* Soft Skills:
- Verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members and customers.
- Patience and empathy in dealing with users facing technical issues.
- Commitment to providing a positive customer experience.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, share knowledge, and contribute to a collaborative atmosphere.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments or procedures.
