We are currently looking for a motivated and driven Senior IT Corporate Support Officer under a permanent contract.
Summary
As a Senior IT Corporate Support Officer, you will report directly to Head of IT OPS.
Missions of the role
- Provide second- and third-level technical support for complex IT issues
- Diagnose and resolve advanced hardware, software, and network problems
- Manage and maintain servers, networks, and enterprise systems
- Lead incident response and ensure timely resolution of critical issues
- Mentor and guide junior IT support staff
- Design and implement system improvements and upgrades
- Monitor system performance and ensure security best practices
- Collaborate with vendors and external service providers
- Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to IT policies and procedures
Required skills
* Educational Background:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Certified) are advantageous.
* Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and system administration
- Experience with servers, virtualization, and cloud environments
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex IT issues
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Familiarity with user and group management, software installations, and system updates (MS Active Directory).
- Networking concepts such as IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Experiences with the installation and troubleshooting of hardware components (e.g., PCs, printers, peripherals).
- Knowledge of common office software (Microsoft Office Suite, email clients) and enterprise applications.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) to log and track issues.
- Strong understanding of IT security principles (e.g., password policies, phishing awareness, antivirus software).
- Familiarity with the concept of least privilege access and data protection.
- M365, Teams and Intune is a strong plus
- Cloud Knowledge is a strong plus
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (eg. Vmware, Proxmox)
- Strong knowledge of backup solution (eg. Veeam)
* Soft Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members and customers. Ability to explain technical issues in a way that non-technical users can understand.
- Analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
- Proactive approach to identifying potential issues and suggesting improvements.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple issues simultaneously. Patience and empathy in dealing with users facing technical issues.
- Commitment to providing a positive customer experience.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, share knowledge, and contribute to a collaborative atmosphere. Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments or procedures.
- Responsible for the tasks assigned and proactive in seeking guidance when needed.

- 7-8 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
