Medical Operation Regulator (m/f)
Full-Time Position – shift work (early & late shifts, no night shifts) – 7/7 operations - Luxembourg
Your mission:
In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the safe and efficient coordination of worldwide medical operations. Working at the heart of a highly dynamic environment, you will combine medical expertise, operational oversight, and stakeholder coordination to deliver excellence in time-critical situations. Your responsibilities include:
Medical & Operational Coordination
- Managing the repatriation of LAR members, including request handling, follow-up, and full operational organisation
- Performing medical clearance for European Air Ambulance (EAA) missions
- Organising and monitoring secondary missions, such as hospital-to-hospital transfers and organ transports
- Booking ground ambulances for fixed-wing and rotary-wing missions
- Acting as a key point of contact for members, families, hospitals, and medical crews
Administrative & Cross-Functional Support
- Handling administrative tasks related to the medical aspects of mission planning
- Supporting broader operational activities, including flight bookings and cross-departmental coordination
Work Schedule
- Shift-based work, covering operations 7 days a week
- Two-shift system: early shift and late shift
- No night shifts
This structure ensures continuous operational readiness while maintaining a balanced work rhythm.
Your Profile:
· Holding a degree in a medical field (registered nurse or equivalent).
· Minimum 15 years of professional experience in a clinical or medical operations environment.
· Strong command of English and proficiency in 2 out of 3 Luxembourgish languages: Luxembourgish, French, and German.
· Additional languages are considered an asset.
· Proficiency in standard IT tools (MS Office).
