Your role: advise, understand, build
Far beyond selling advertising space, you are a marketing and communication expert, familiar with Luxembourg’s economic landscape and convinced of the power of an intelligent media mix combining print, digital, live experiences and native content.
Your key responsibilities
The Media Advisors we are looking for are true strategic partners for their clients. They listen, analyse and challenge. They understand the stakes of business development, employer branding and corporate communication, and know how to translate these challenges into effective and sustainable media strategies.
Communication, Personal Branding and Influence
Represent our brand professionally: your attitude, expertise and behaviour reflect the standards of the industry and inspire confidence among your stakeholders.
Develop your influence: you are active on LinkedIn and at professional events, strengthening your network and credibility as a Media Advisor.
Sales Skills and Soft Skills
Understand client needs: you excel at analysing clients’ strategic and commercial challenges, asking the right questions to identify their expectations and propose tailored solutions (Print, Digital and Live).
Sell added value: you know how to demonstrate the value of the proposed offers beyond price, while adapting proposals without compromising the perception of quality.
Turn opportunities into success: you rigorously qualify leads, engage with key decision-makers and secure strategic meetings effectively.
Handle objections and negotiations: you confidently anticipate and address objections, reinforcing the perception of value while defending competitive pricing.
Build trusted relationships: thanks to your expertise and reliability, you establish long-term relationships focused on clients’ needs.
Maintain a high level of commercial activity: you plan a significant number of meetings and interactions while ensuring consistent quality in your exchanges.

Your profile
You have experience in consulting or selling media solutions (advertising sales, communication agency or related sector).
You are client- and results-oriented, with the ability to propose innovative solutions and manage complex projects.
You are passionate about the media industry, curious and committed to always proposing high value-added solutions.
You are organised, dynamic and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Your listening ability and negotiation skills set you apart.
You are fluent in French and English (Luxembourgish and/or German are considered assets).
