Rotarex North America is accelerating the expansion of its engineered fire suppression business across the United States and is looking for a high-performing sales professional to drive that growth.
You will represent a premium portfolio of fire suppression technologies including FK 5-1-12, inert gas, CO₂, and other clean agent systems for mission-critical applications where reliability and performance are essential.
This role is designed for someone who creates opportunities, drives specifications upstream, and converts technical credibility into commercial success.
What You’ll Own
Development of the U.S. market for Rotarex engineered fire suppression systems
Distributor and OEM channel expansion, performance, and accountability
Specification influence with consultants, engineers, integrators, and end users
Strategic verticals including data centers, energy, industrial, manufacturing, and mission-critical infrastructure
Territory growth through active pipeline creation and project development
What You’ll Do
Drive projects early by influencing specifications before bid stage
Develop distributor performance through training, joint selling, and structured engagement
Position Rotarex technologies effectively against legacy market competitors
Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and strategic opportunities
Work closely with technical and international teams to support complex projects
What It Takes
5+ years of experience in engineered fire suppression or related technical systems sales
Strong understanding of clean agent technologies including FK 5-1-12, inert gas, and CO₂ systems
Familiarity with NFPA standards and specification-driven sales cycles
Proven success growing territory revenue and developing channels
Ability to operate effectively with both technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers
Self-driven, commercially aggressive, and comfortable building market position
