Your role
As a Junior Legal Counsel, you are part of the Legal Team and work under the direct supervision of a Senior Legal Counsel, who also acts as your mentor.

This way of working is part of a training trajectory, in which you develop your legal expertise and business insight through feedback, iteration and practical experience.
The evolution towards more autonomy and possibly direct contact with stakeholders will be determined in consultation, depending on your development and the needs of the Legal team.
