📍 Position based in Lintgen, Luxembourg
Relocation planned this year to our brand-new Industry 4.0 site in Bissen, designed to support collaboration, digitalization, and operational excellence.



💼 Your mission: ensure reliable and accurate master data

As a Master Data Specialist, you play a key role in supporting material data migration activities and ensuring the quality and consistency of business-critical data across systems.

Working closely with R&D and cross-functional teams, you will combine data analysis, coordination, and operational support to ensure smooth migration and reliable SAP data management.



Key responsibilities

Material data migration & analysis

  • Work closely with R&D teams to define the scope of material migrations

  • Analyze materials and BOM structures to determine inclusion and exclusion criteria

  • Prepare, validate, and apply business rules related to migration scopes

  • Use legacy systems, Infor:COM, and SAP to analyze and structure material data


Data preparation & SAP integration

  • Prepare and upload migration data into the migration platform (ADM)

  • Execute data loads using SAP Migration Cockpit during go-live activities

  • Perform data validation, consistency checks, and issue resolution

  • Support mass updates and ad-hoc master data requests in collaboration with IT and Master Data teams


Coordination & stakeholder management

  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including R&D, Sales, Purchasing, Production, and IT

  • Clarify data requirements and resolve inconsistencies across systems

  • Ensure smooth communication between business and technical teams


Documentation & continuous improvement

  • Maintain and structure migration files using Excel

  • Document key business rules, processes, and data standards

  • Contribute to improving data quality and governance practices


🛠 Required technical skills

  • Good understanding of Rotarex products and material structures

  • Good working knowledge of Infor:COM

  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to work on large datasets and data validation

  • Good overall understanding of SAP master data and business processes

  • Ability to work across multiple systems and data sources

  • Knowledge of BOM structures and material master data

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both business and IT stakeholders

  • Proactive approach and ability to coordinate multiple topics simultaneously

  • Reliable, structured, and able to follow up effectively with different teams


🗣 Languages

  • Fluent English and French required

  • German is considered a strong advantage
