How will you contribute?
You will be mainly in charge of:
Processing purchase requests and placing orders with suitable suppliers while ensuring compliance with LIST internal procedures and procurement rules.
Preparing, review and manage purchasing orders and related procurement documentation.
Identifying appropriate suppliers and request quotations within the defined scope (price, payment terms, delivery conditions).
Analysing purchase requests, quotations and proposed contracts to ensure conformity and quality of suppliers.
Ensuring follow‑up of purchase requests and orders, including coordination with suppliers and management of delivery delays or rescheduling.
Maintaining professional relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Acting as a key contact point for LIST employees on procurement matters and provide guidance on purchasing procedures and policies.
Training and supporting SAP users involved in purchase requests and goods receipt processes.
Collaborating with the accounting department on procurement‑related financial matters (e.g., unusual purchases, G/L accounts, invoices without orders, financial closing preparation).
Contributing to the improvement of procurement procedures, systems and internal practices.

Education
Technical or vocational education or diploma in procurement, business administration, finance, or a related field
Experience and skills
5 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing administration, or supply chain support
Hard skills
Good knowledge of procurement processes and purchasing procedures.
Knowledge of public procurement rules is an asset.
Experience with ERP or purchasing systems (e.g., SAP)
Ability to analyse purchase requests, quotations and contracts
Soft skills
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Customer‑oriented mindset and service approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders
Proactive attitude and ability to suggest improvements to processes
Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision and handle sensitive information
Language skills
Good working knowledge of English and French
