About Flibco

Flibco, part of Flix ecosystem, is a European tech company specialised in airport shuttle services. Operating across multiple countries, we connect thousands of travellers every day with smart, reliable transport to and from major airports — backed by our own digital platform and proprietary software tools.

With a clear goal of reaching 10 million passengers by 2028, we are accelerating our expansion in Germany and Munich is one of our key strategic markets. To make this happen, we are looking for a motivated team player in Germany who will contribute to making this vision come true.

The Role

As Customer and Sales support, you are the operational backbone of Flibco's German team. You support the Airport Site Manager in the day-to-day running of local operations, help grow our sales network, and make sure our passengers and partners always get the right answer at the right time.

This is a great entry-level opportunity to grow in a fast-moving, international environment with real responsibilities from day one.

Your primary base is Munich. You will occasionally support operations at other German airports (a few planned trips per month).

Key Responsibilities

Support daily field operations

Assist the Airport Site Manager in coordinating on-site activities: monitoring equipment, following up with partners, and flagging issues before they become problems.

Handle customer and partner requests

Be the first point of contact for passenger inquiries, driver feedback, and reseller questions. Provide clear, timely, and professional responses.

Help grow the local sales network

Support the identification and onboarding of new local resellers (hotels, tourist offices, travel agencies). Prepare materials, follow up on leads, and track progress.

Keep reporting and tools up to date

Maintain accurate records in our internal tools, track operational KPIs, and help the team stay on top of what matters.

Contribute to a smooth launch

Be a reliable, hands-on team member during the German market launch, adaptable, proactive, and ready to jump in where needed.

Your Profile

Experience & skills

First professional experience welcome, or up to 2 years in support, customer service, sales assistant or operation role

Organised and detail-oriented: you keep things running smoothly behind the scenes

  Confortable with digital tools

Fluent German and professional English, both are essential

Valid driver’s licence, comfortable with frequent national and international travel

Who you are

Reliable and proactive: You’re keen to learn and quick to take action

Curious and eager to learn in a fast-growing scale-up environment

Good communicator: clear, professional, and friendly with customers and partners alike

Why Join Flibco?

🏗️ A real Launch, from the inside you’re part of building Flibco’s presence in Germany, not watching it happens.

📈 A solid European scale-up

Flibco has been operating across Europe for years. You join an established company, not just an idea on paper.

🤝 A close-knit team

You work directly with the airport site manager and collaborate with colleagues across Europe.

🚀 Room to grow

If the German launch succeeds, and we believe it will, your responsibilities will grow with it.

🌍 International team

Work with colleagues based in Luxembourg, Belgium, Italy and across Europe.

Hiring Process

1.  Video interview with HR (30 min), mutual discovery

2.  Video interview with your future manager (45–60 min), practical field case

3.  Final conversation with leadership, strategic context and Germany vision

We commit to giving you feedback within 5 business days after each step.

Ready to take on this challenge and have a good time doing it? Let’s make great things happen together!

See you soon,

Paul
