Intern in Product Management & Business Development (m/f/d)

We are seeking a motivated Intern (m/f/d) to join our Product Management & Business Development team at the Center of Excellence Metallurgy in Luxembourg. This role focuses on business analytics and innovation management, with a particular emphasis on green steel and decarbonization initiatives.

Your main tasks:

• Create reports, presentations, and visualizations using Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel

• Support product managers in market research, business modelling, and product & portfolio analysis activities

• Improving reporting dashboards for the reporting and steering of Product Management activities

• Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to green steel and decarbonization

• Generate data-driven and desktop-research based insights

• Collaborate with team members to identify growth opportunities and innovation pathways for Metallurgy related products

What do we expect?

• Currently enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student with a flexible schedule (preferably for six months)

• Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

• Experience and affinity to adopt AI based tools in a professional context

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively

• Demonstrated capability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently, especially under tight deadlines

• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within an international team environment

• Previous experience or coursework related to management consulting, business intelligence or a relevant field is advantageous
