YOUR JOB

As our Rental Manager Belgium, you are responsible for the overall management and commercial development of our rental activities across the country. You drive performance in terms of revenue, margins, customer satisfaction, and market share, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Working in close collaboration with the management teams of Bergerat Monnoyeur and the Monnoyeur Group in Belgium and France, you lead and coordinate the administrative, commercial, and technical rental teams on a daily basis. You are a true people manager, driven by performance targets and skilled at fostering team engagement and collaboration across the board to achieve business objectives.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Drive and deploy commercial development and target achievement.

·       Monitor and enforce strategy deployment and understanding (aligned with the company & group strategy).

·       Manage disputes and collections.

·       Monitor and enforce compliance with safety and environmental rules.

·       Track KPI’s and implement corrective actions.

·       Analyze market trends and competition.

·       Drive team performance.

·       Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.

·       Monitor and enforce the application of safety policies (meetings, incident analysis, prevention plans).

·       Monitor and enforce the internal audit results and corrective actions.

·       Promote CRM and tools usage.

YOUR PROFILE

·       Minimum a bachelor's degree in business or equivalent through experience.

·       Min. 5 years of proven experience in a commercial leadership role, ideally within rental, construction, or industrial equipment sectors.

·       Strong commercial and negotiation skills.

·       People manager.

·       Product and IT knowledge.

·       Analytical skills & mindset.

·       Basic knowledge of safety and environment.

·       Intermediate English.

·       Proficiency in French.

·       Proficiency in Dutch.
