How will you contribute?
You will be mainly in charge of:
Supporting operational HSE activities across LIST sites, with a focus on laboratories and technical areas.
Contributing to risk assessments related to laboratory activities, equipment, field activities and operational changes.
Supporting the follow-up of HSE incidents, accidents, near misses and associated corrective/preventive actions.
Contributing to HSE inspections, internal audits and field visits.
Supporting the preparation and update of HSE documentation, procedures, instructions and records.
Contributing to HSE reporting, data analysis and activity follow-up.
Supporting the implementation of prevention actions and the continuous improvement of HSE practices.
Communicating with internal stakeholders to promote HSE rules, good practices and a safe working environment.

Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HSE, environment, engineering, science or a related field, or equivalent HSE experience.
Training in occupational health and safety, risk prevention or laboratory safety is required or must be demonstrated through relevant experience.
Experience and skills
First experience in HSE, operations, laboratories or risk prevention.
Basic knowledge of risk assessment, incident follow-up and HSE documentation.
Good analytical and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and practical problem-solving approach.
Ability to work with different internal stakeholders
Willingness to contribute to continuous improvement
Language skills
Fluency in English and French, both oral and written. Other relevant languages are an asset.
