We are currently looking for a motivated and driven CSR and Quality of Work Life Officer (m/f/x) under a permanent contract.

 

Summary

As part of his overall CSR strategy, LuxTrust aims to strengthen its commitment to improving working conditions (QWL & WC: Quality of Work Life and Working Conditions) as well as its social and environmental impact.

 

Reporting to the CSR Manger, this position is responsible for:

·  Leading the QWL & WC approach across the LuxTrust Group (50% of the role) using the PACT methodology (Proposal for Improvement of Working Conditions)

·  Actively contributing to the CSR roadmap (50% of the role), integrating the company’s social, environmental, and societal challenges.


Role missions

Under the supervision of the CSR department, the CSR and Quality of Work Life Officer will be responsible for the following:

- Dual expertise: A balanced role between QWL and WC (internal methodology training provided) and CSR (initial expertise required).

- Concrete impact: Contributing to employee well-being and to LuxTrust’s overall CSR strategy.

- Skills development: Full training on the PACT methodology and QWL & WC tools.

 

50% CSR responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the CSR management, the CSR and Quality of Work Life Officer will contribute to:

1.       Integration of social issues into the CSR strategy

- Align QWL and WC initiatives with CSR objectives (e.g., SDG 3 – Good Health and Well-being, SDG 8 – Decent Work, SDG 10 – Reduced Inequalities).

- Contribute to LuxTrust’s CSR roadmap, with a focus on social pillar (well-being, inclusion, social dialogues, etc.)

 

2.        Contribution to others CSR pillars

- Environment : Support the roadmap, environmental reporting and transition plan

- Social: Participate in supplier assessments based on social and environmental criteria.

- Governance and Ethics: Support the CSR management in regulatory monitoring, internal awareness of ESG issues, and integration into business processes and whistleblowing mechanisms.

- Responsible digital pratices: accessibility, eco-conception and green IT.

 

3.       CSR Reporting and communication

- Data collection for ESG reporting (VSME, CSR labels, CDP, EcoVadis, UN Global Compact…).

- Employee awareness on CSR topics (training sessions, communication materials).

 

4.       Ad-hoc CSR missions

- Occasional contribution to audits, studies, or CSR-related events.

 

50% QWL and WC Representative Role:

1.       PACT methodology management

- Lead and pilot the PACT method within LuxTrust

- Maintain an overview of actions raised through PACT forms (collection, analysis, prioritization).

- Plan, organize and facilitate PACT spaces with internal PACT Referents (meetings, collaborative workshops)

 

2.       Implementation working conditions improvement actions

- Support, coordinate and monitor the implementation of improvement actions, with managers, and internal/external stakeholders.

- Organize prevention initiatives (individual and collective), including:

o   Psychosocial risks prevention (RPS)

o   Musculoskeletal disorder prevention (MDS)

o   Sedentary behavior and visual fatigue prevention

 

3.       Communication and training

- Deliver communication actions (newsletters, intranet, meetings) on worked conditions topics.

- Train new comers and key stakeholders on the PACT methodology.

- Support upskilling of managers and referents on PACT tools.

 

4.       Reporting and governance

- Produce PACT reporting (indicators monitoring, internal documentation updates)

- Manage meetings and follow-up of the PACT working group within the aDeRe (associate development and respect) Committee.

- Contribute to the governance of the PACT governance where necessary.


Required skills

 Qualifications/Education: Master’s degree (or equivalent, Bac+5) in CSR, sustainable development, responsible management or related field.

 Sensitivity to social issues (well-being in work, risk prevention) is an advantage.

 Experience: A first experience in CSR is required. No prior QWL and WC experience required, but considered an asset (internal training will be provided).

 Technical Competencies:
