BDO Luxembourg is looking for a Finance Trainee or work-study student of 12 to 24 months!

What will you do?
Being part of the team, you will:
Assist in the bookkeeping of banks, AP, AR
Review and process supplier contracts
Input supplier contract details into internal system following established procedures
Monitor invoicing, and various KPIs
Ensure all metadata and contract information are accurately recorded
Ensure data quality and accuracy in compliance with internal standards
Identify and correct discrepancies, missing fields, or errors in contract records
Assist in different administrative tasks
Carry out accounting analyses and put out reporting
This position is for you if:
You are currently a Bachelor OR Master student in Finance or any similar field
You are looking for an internship or apprenticeship program
You are proactive, rigorous with excellent interpersonal skills and good team spirit
You are hands-on, versatile and willing to learn
You are comfortable with MS Office tools, especially with advanced formulas in Excel
You have an excellent command of French and English. Luxembourgish or German would be an asset
A first experience as a finance trainee would be an asset
