How will you contribute?


We are looking for a motivated colleague to support the deployment and adoption of U4 (ERP system) within our organization, with a particular focus on the Project Life Cycle (PLC) stream within the Project Support Office (PSO).

Short-term responsibilities

In the initial phase, the colleague will focus on supporting the implementation and adoption of U4 within the PLC domain:

  • Support the implementation and configuration of U4 for PLC processes, including pre-award, post-award, and project budget management.

  • Perform functional testing and identify issues, gaps, or inconsistencies.

  • Develop user procedures, guidelines, and supporting documentation.

  • Contribute to deployment activities across teams and departments.

  • Act as a key contributor during the user adoption and change management phase.

  • Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and process integration.

Mid-to long-term responsibility time, and depending on the area of activity, the role may evolve toward broader RDI project and portfolio management responsibilities, including:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for research project’s stakeholders. .

  • Ensuring that proposals, projects, and programs comply with LIST policies, funding guidelines, and contractual requirements

  • Support PI in the execution of RDI projects, portfolios, or programs against defined plans and milestones,

  • Identifying and escalating risks, deviations, or issues related to milestones, deliverables, commitments, or contractual obligations.

  • Support for reporting activities with internal teams, external partners, and funding institutions.

  • Applying knowledge of LIST internal processes and organizational structure to facilitate efficient coordination and problem-solving.

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management tools, reporting processes, and the overall RDI project management framework.

  • Participating in the development and implementation of policies, systems, and operational procedures..

  • Recommending improvements to processes, systems, and guidelines to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Education

  • Good understanding of business processes and ERP systems

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good writing and documentation abilities

  • Team-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Previous experience in ERP projects is an advantage

Language skills

  • Fluency in English (and French), both oral and written. Other relevant languages are an asset.

This position offers a gross monthly salary between 6'700€ and 8'170€, paid over 13 months (87'400€–106'000€ annually) based on full‑time employment. The final salary offer within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s overall profile, qualifications and professional experience .
