To strengthen our Client Administration team in Brussels, we are looking for a Client Administration Assistant

 

Your role:


You manage the full lifecycle of client files (onboarding, administrative management, periodic reviews, and closure).

You work closely with the commercial, compliance, and legal teams to ensure accurate documentation, smooth client onboarding, and regulatory compliance across all processes.

 

In this role, you pay particular attention to the following aspects:

 

  • Onboarding of new clients:

    • Verify client identity and documentation in accordance with AML/KYC policies and procedures.

    • Gather and analyze client information to assess their risk profile.

 

  • Monitoring the quality of client data: collect, verify, and maintain up-to-date client data (KYC).

  • Implementation of internal controls.

  • Ensure the proper application of internal procedures.

  • Identify risks directly related to the activities of the department and sector and report them to your manager.

  • Actively participate in various projects of the department.

 

Your Profile:

 

-      You are familiar with compliance topics (AML, KYC, etc.).

-      You are familiar with regulations such as QI, CRS, FATCA, MiFID, and GDPR.

-      You have solid experience in a similar role within the insurance or financial sector.

-      Your strengths include accuracy, organization, communication skills, and team spirit.

-      You possess strong analytical skills: able to interpret and analyze complex information and produce clear reports. You demonstrate a willingness to gain an in-depth understanding of situations and potential risks.

-      You are fluent in French and Dutch and have a good command of English.
