Internship available as soon as possible for a duration of 6 months or more / Work-study program

As part of the Legal Department, we are looking for a motivated and proactive Legal & Compliance Intern to support the team across a broad range of legal matters within a dynamic and international environment.

Your Responsibilities

Working on a variety of legal topics, including financial law, insurance law, corporate law, contract law, data protection (GDPR), and other related areas under Luxembourg and foreign laws, you will be actively involved in the day-to-day legal activities of the department by:

• Conducting legal research to address practical and diverse legal issues in close collaboration with the business teams.

• Assisting team members in the drafting, review, and analysis of legal documents and agreements.

• Contributing to legal and regulatory monitoring, including the preparation of legal summaries and briefing notes.

Your Profile

• You are currently pursuing a university degree in Law (minimum Master's level 1 or equivalent), and the internship forms part of your academic curriculum.

• You have a strong interest in legal matters and are eager to apply your knowledge while continuing to learn and develop your skills.

• You are organized, autonomous, and possess excellent drafting and communication skills.

• You have a mandatory proficiency in English, French being a plus.
