Position Summary
The Project Manager specialized in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI leads the planning, coordination, and delivery of AI-driven initiatives involving non-deterministic technologies such as Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Machine Learning. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with business objectives while maximizing value and ensuring compliance with governance and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of AI and Generative AI projects, from initiation to deployment and operational handover.
Define project scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables and resource plans.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including business stakeholders, AI specialists, IT, cybersecurity and external partners.
Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and report to governance bodies.
Identify and prioritize AI use cases and support AI strategy and roadmap development.
Define and track KPIs to measure project performance, business value, and adoption.
Ensure compliance with AI governance, Responsible AI principles, GDPR, and applicable regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
Proven experience managing AI projects.
Extensive knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Machine Learning, Prompt Engineering and AI governance.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, PMP, or similar project management methodologies.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Deliverables
Project plans and implementation roadmaps.
Progress reports, KPI dashboards and risk registers.
AI governance and compliance documentation.
Business value and project closure reports.
