We are looking for a highly organized and commercially minded Beverage Coordinator to join our festival in Thailand. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all beverage-related activities, ensuring efficient procurement, accurate forecasting, strong supplier relationships, and optimal commercial performance across both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage categories. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of the Thai beverage market and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic festival environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement and sourcing process across alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage categories.

• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on beverage sales, costs, margins and performance.

• Create accurate beverage consumption forecasts and support inventory planning.

• Support beverage pricing strategies and profitability analysis.

• Support budgeting and planning through data-driven recommendations.

• Coordinate and maintain relationships with beverage suppliers, distributors and business partners.

• Support supplier and distributor discussions in coordination with the Head of F&B, Partnerships and relevant internal teams.

• Ensure compliance with Thai legislation and regulations relating to the sale and distribution of beverages.

• Support the development and implementation of commercial beverage strategies.

Must-Haves:

• Proven experience in F&B procurement, preferably across multiple beverage categories.

• Strong commercial understanding, including pricing, cost and margin management.

• Strong reporting and analytical skills.

• Experience in beverage consumption forecasting and inventory planning.

• Good knowledge of the Thai beverage market, suppliers and distribution landscape.

• Experience working in an international business environment.

• Festival, event or large-scale hospitality experience is an advantage.

• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate between external partners and internal teams.

• Fluent English is strongly preferred.
