We are looking for the leader who will turn that ambition into visibility, relevance and commercial success, building GRIDX into one of Luxembourg’s most talked-about destinations and a recognised name across the Greater Region.
As Head of Marketing & Communications, you will own the GRIDX brand, lead the Marketing & Communications team, and turn strategy into campaigns, content, events, partnerships and experiences that drive visitor numbers, deepen engagement and deliver measurable commercial results.
YOUR MISSION
Define and lead GRIDX’s overall marketing and communications strategy.
Build and execute the annual roadmap across brand, PR, CRM, digital marketing, events, campaigns and partnerships.
Coordinate destination-wide marketing initiatives and support each business unit through integrated marketing.
Lead and develop the internal marketing team, while managing agencies and external partners.
Turn GRIDX’s tenants, programme and experiences into distinctive stories and high-impact campaigns.
Drive visitor numbers, destination awareness, customer acquisition, ticket sales, loyalty and engagement.
Support sponsorship activation and commercial partnerships.
Set KPIs, manage budgets and continuously improve performance.
Set the creative and brand standard across every customer touchpoint.
Champion collaboration and innovation across the entire GRIDX ecosystem.

You are a senior marketing leader who combines strategic ambition with operational excellence. You see the big picture while making sure every detail serves it.
You lead people, agencies and stakeholders with clarity, energy and respect. You communicate directly, make decisions with confidence and take full ownership of your outcomes.
Above all, you create momentum and turn ambition into action.
You bring:
Significant experience in a senior marketing or communications leadership role, ideally within a destination, retail, hospitality, entertainment or lifestyle brand.
Strong expertise across brand, PR, CRM, digital marketing, media, content, events and partnerships.
A proven ability to build teams and turn complex plans into disciplined execution.
Strong commercial instinct and confidence working with data, budgets and KPIs.
Excellent creative judgement and a sharp eye for brand consistency.
Fluency in English and French; German and Luxembourgish are strong advantages.
A collaborative, team-first mindset and a natural ability to build bridges between people, tenants and businesses.
