As part of its continued development, Félix Giorgetti Sàrl is looking for an:

AI MANAGER

We are looking for an AI Manager to help define, govern and deliver the artificial intelligence strategy of Giorgetti Group. You will turn a board-level ambition into a prioritised portfolio of AI use cases, recommend what we build, what we buy and which rules we follow, and make sure every initiative pays back in measurable business value.

This is a newly created role with a group-wide scope, across very different sectors: construction, real estate, hospitality, retail and culture.

You will join the Digital & PMO department, the group's internal digital team (software development, UI/UX design, apps and architecture, PMO), and work hand in hand with an AI Adoption & Training Manager who brings AI to the business every day.

Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Governance

•    Own the group AI roadmap within the group Digital Strategy, with yearly objectives and a measurable business case per initiative.

•    Prepare and animate the group AI Committee: bring recommendations and decision proposals, track the portfolio, report progress and risks to Direction and the board.

•    Propose and maintain the AI governance framework, for approval by Direction: acceptable use policy, data protection (GDPR, EU AI Act), security, human oversight, model and vendor evaluation.

•    Keep the group informed on relevant AI developments and translate them into concrete opportunities or risks for our activities.

Vendors & Platforms

•    Evaluate and recommend AI vendors, platforms and infrastructure (cloud and on-premises options), and manage the ones selected.

•    Negotiate scope and cost and review every proposal line by line before it reaches the committee.

•    Manage the group's AI tool stack (ChatGPT as the default assistant, Claude where needed, automation tools) and its licensing.

•    Work with the Apps & Data Architecture team on the data foundations AI needs: data platform, integrations, access rules.

Use Cases & Portfolio

•    Identify, qualify and rank AI use cases with the business lines, based on ROI, feasibility and data readiness.

•    Recommend which ideas become prototypes, which become projects and which are stopped, for approval by the Head of Digital & PMO or the AI Committee.

•    Frame the proofs of concept: success criteria, budget proposal and a recommendation at the end of each PoC (scale, iterate or stop).

•    Industrialise the pilots that work, together with the Digital & PMO team.

Adoption & Coordination

•    Functionally coordinate the AI Adoption & Training Manager: propose the order of departments and use cases to address, review adoption results.

•    Turn what the business asks for into roadmap input, and what the roadmap delivers into adoption plans.

•    Measure and report the impact of AI across the group: usage, hours saved, cost, risks.

Profile

What Matters Most

•    Delivery mindset: you have taken at least a couple AI or data initiative from idea to production, with measurable business impact.

•    Business acumen: you can quantify value, challenge a use case and argue against a bad idea.

•    Pragmatism: you prefer a working pilot in eight weeks to a perfect framework in eight months.

•    Judgement on build, buy or partner: you know when a vendor is the right answer and when it is not.

Required Skills

•    5+ years of experience in technology, data or digital transformation roles, including at least 2 years delivering AI or data-driven solutions in a business environment.

•    Solid understanding of the current AI landscape: large language models, agents, retrieval-based systems, machine learning, and their limits.

•    Comfortable with the technical side (APIs, data pipelines, cloud services, model evaluation) without needing to write all the code yourself.

•    Experience with governance topics: GDPR, EU AI Act, security, procurement and vendor management.

•    Professional working proficiency in French and English; Luxembourgish or German is an asset.

•    Degree in computer science, engineering, data science, business, or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

•    Experience in construction, real estate, retail or hospitality.

•    Hands-on experience with OpenAI and Anthropic platforms (ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude), Azure AI, and automation tools such as Make or Power Automate.

•    Experience preparing and animating a steering committee or a portfolio of initiatives.

•    Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or agile practice.

Soft Skills

•    Clear communicator who can explain AI to a board and to a site manager with the same credibility.

•    Structured and autonomous: you propose priorities, build solid recommendations and own their outcome.

•    Comfortable giving an unwelcome recommendation, and explaining why, to senior stakeholders.

•    Collaborative: you make the Adoption Manager and the digital team more effective, not busier.

•    Curious and current: you follow the AI field closely and separate signal from hype.
