As part of its continued development, Félix Giorgetti Sàrl is looking for an:
AI ADOPTION & TRAINING MANAGER
We are looking for an AI Adoption & Training Manager to be the bridge between artificial intelligence and the people who do the work at Giorgetti Group. You will spend a big part of your time with the business, on sites, in offices, in shops and restaurants: training teams, finding the small use cases that save real hours, building simple agents and automations with them, and making sure the adoption sticks.
This is a newly created role in a group active in very different sectors, construction, real estate, hospitality, retail and culture, where AI is a core pillar of the Digital Strategy. You will be the person walking hand in hand with the business: understanding how AI can help each team, teaching them, and setting up small automations and AI assistants with them.
You will join the Digital & PMO department, the group's internal digital team (software development, UI/UX design, apps and architecture, PMO), be coordinated functionally by the AI Manager, who defines the strategy, and be backed by the whole team for anything that needs a real build.
Responsibilities
Training
• Design and deliver the group AI training programme, from basic sessions for all employees to department-specific tracks (sales, marketing, finance, HR, site teams, operations).
• Run hands-on workshops and clinics where teams bring their own daily tasks and leave with a working solution.
• Produce guides, templates, prompt libraries and short videos that people use.
• Onboard new joiners on the group's AI tools and rules.
Business Enablement
• Spend time embedded in departments and entities to understand how they work, spot repetitive tasks and identify quick-win use cases.
• Help teams rethink small processes around AI, within the governance rules set by the AI Manager.
• Build and animate a network of AI champions across entities and departments.
• Act as first-line support and coach for AI questions coming from the business.
Agents & Automations
• Build small agents, assistants and automations for business teams with the group's approved tools (ChatGPT as the default, Claude, Make and others).
• Help users build and maintain their own assistants and prompts and keep a shared library of what works.
• Hand over to the Digital & PMO team anything that needs code, data access or integration with group systems, with a first description of the need.
Adoption & Feedback
• Measure adoption and impact (usage, hours saved, satisfaction) and report results to the AI Manager and the AI Committee.
• Run feedback loops with the departments and feed what the business needs into the AI roadmap.
• Qualify larger needs (value, effort) and escalate them as candidate projects to the AI Manager and the Digital & PMO team.
Profile
What Matters Most
• Daily, hands-on user of generative AI: you have already built prompts, custom assistants or simple automations for yourself or your team and can show them.
• Genuine curiosity for how other people's jobs work: you listen before you propose.
• Teaching ability: you can hold a room of site managers as well as a room of marketers.
• Results in hours saved and tools used, not in slides presented.
Required Skills
• 3+ years of experience in training, change management, digital adoption or business analysis, including hands-on experience bringing generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude or similar) into a team's daily work.
• Strong facilitation and teaching skills on AI topics, in person and online, for groups from 2 to 30 people, from complete beginners to advanced users.
• Practical command of generative AI: prompting, custom assistants (custom GPTs, Claude projects), agents and simple automations (Make or similar), and the judgement to see where they fit in a task and where they do not.
• Working knowledge of the basics of responsible AI use: data protection, confidentiality, what can and cannot be shared with an AI tool, and how to explain it simply to users.
• Professional working proficiency in French and English; Luxembourgish, German or Portuguese are a strong asset.
• Mobile across Luxembourg: a part of the job happens in the entities, not at a desk.
• Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
• Experience in construction, real estate, retail or hospitality.
• Experience producing e-learning or short video content.
• Change management background (Prosci or similar).
Soft Skills
• Patient and approachable: people must feel comfortable asking you a basic question twice.
• Pragmatic: you prefer a good solution used tomorrow to a perfect one used never.
• Self-organised: you plan your own visits, sessions and follow-ups across many departments.
• Honest about limits: you say when AI is not the right answer to a problem.
• Collaborative with the AI Manager and the digital team.
