(Senior) Communication Officer – Content & Social Media (m/f)

The Communication officer/Senior communication officer content & social is responsible for creating high-value content, managing, publishing and optimising it across all Luxinnovation communication channels. They play a key role in the company's communication strategy by producing engaging, relevant and impactful content for different audiences, whilst ensuring active promotion across social media, the website and other digital platforms. They also provide live event coverage (written and video capture, live coverage on social networks).

The adoption of new technologies, the integration of artificial intelligence and the use of innovative tools are at the heart of our strategy to remain at the forefront of the market and offer constant added value. In addition, it is crucial to stay informed of the latest trends and regularly benchmark the market to ensure that our practices remain up-to-date and competitive. Each team member must also proactively advise the different business units, so that marketing and communication contribute effectively to achieving the objectives defined in Luxinnovation's overall strategy, as stipulated in the performance contract.
The specific missions expected of the communication officer/senior communication officer content & social are:
Create and shape high-value content
Produce strategic and differentiating content that positions Luxinnovation as a reference in innovation, drawing on business expertise and key sector issues
Design premium content (in-depth articles, case studies, expert interviews, white papers, infographics, videos) that provides real informative and inspiring value to target audiences
Adapt and tailor messages and formats to maximise impact and reach across different communication channels: web articles, newsletters, social media, videos, podcasts, LinkedIn, stories, reels…
Maintain a strong and consistent editorial line, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for each audience
Monitor technology trends and benchmark regularly to stay up-to-date on content trends and identify differentiation opportunities
Imagine and stage content
Translate ideas and concepts into compelling creative briefs for attractive visuals and materials
Work collaboratively with internal teams and, where necessary, external creatives on message content
Ensure a visual identity that is true to Luxinnovation's values and strengthens its brand image
Publish, distribute and actively promote content
Orchestrate the publication and strategic promotion of content across all digital platforms: website, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, newsletters, partner media, etc.
Maximise visibility and engagement by deploying targeted promotion campaigns (organic posts, sponsored content, follow-ups, collaborations with influencers and partners)
Ensure compliance with the editorial calendar and consistency of publications
Energise interaction with audiences, engage the community around communications and stimulate conversations around published content
Adapt formats and messages according to the specificities of each channel to optimise reach and impact
Provide live event coverage
Attend events organised or supported by Luxinnovation (conferences, trade fairs, workshops, pitches, inaugurations, etc.)
Carry out written and video capture of key moments: interviews, testimonials, presentations, atmosphere
Ensure live coverage on social networks (real-time posts, stories, threads, short videos) to maximise visibility and engagement during and after the event
Produce post-event content (recaps, articles, edited videos, testimonials) to extend impact and showcase outcomes
Analyse and optimise
Monitor and analyse content performance using reporting tools and detect key trends
Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to improve the effectiveness of digital initiatives and content reach
Integrate innovative tools and cutting-edge technologies to optimise content creation, management and distribution
Ensure regular technology watch and benchmarking to stay abreast of content trends and draw inspiration from best practice

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Technical and functional
Excellent writing, storytelling and premium content creation skills
Ability to use artificial intelligence tools to enhance and optimise content production (writing assistants, idea generation, SEO improvement) whilst preserving editorial quality and authenticity
Mastery of digital communication, editorial and multi-channel promotion techniques
Experience in multi-platform content management (web, social media, press) and in distribution and amplification strategies
Skills in video and photo capture, basic editing and visual content production
Experience in live coverage and real-time content management at events
Knowledge of performance analysis tools and SEO best practices
Mastery of social media management platforms and scheduling tools

PROFILE
University degree min. Bachelor+4/5 in communication, journalism, digital marketing or related field
Experience in creating high-value content and managing editorial projects
Experience in promoting content on social media and the web
Experience in event coverage (capture, live posting, field content production)
Excellent command of French and English (minimum C1 level)
Mastery of content management, digital publishing and video/photo capture tools
CAREER DEVELOPMENT
Career development within this function is structured around three levels. A recent graduate or professional without prior experience in a similar position will start as "Junior" (0-2 years of experience). Access to the "Officer" and then "Senior Officer" levels is not automatic; it is based on the acquisition and mastery of specific skills.
