The Operations department is looking for enthusiastic interns: Communication & Customer Service Support.
Tomorrowland's Operations team focuses on the operational handling of the festival. Ticketing, Crew, Customer Service and communication are some of its core tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As Communication & Customer Service Support, you will be part of the team that is responsible for the costumer service, website and mailings of all Tomorrowland related events. You help to convey information in a clear way to visitors.
Visitors reach out to you with questions about Tomorrowland-related events via our Customer Service mailboxes, which you help manage. You also help people navigate all the information on the website by creating Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).
Depending on the period of your internship, you will also support us in building the festival websites and related mailings.
MUST-HAVES
You’re a student in Communication (management), Languages, Event & Project management, Hospitality… or any other relevant field of study.
You’re flexible and prepared to work (very) hard – also outside of regular office hours
You have good computer skills
Spelling and grammar are your strengths, and you have a good knowledge of English and Dutch. French and any other languages are a surplus
You’re a problem solver, you’re strong in time management, you have a sense of responsibility, and you can work independently
You are available for a period of minimum 12 weeks
