Skeeled is a Luxembourg-based company active in HR technology for over 10 years. We have developed a recruitment software, an ATS, that helps companies simplify, digitalise and optimise their recruitment processes.
With offices in Luxembourg and Porto, we work in an international, dynamic and innovation-driven environment. Today, we support clients ranging from start-ups to well-known companies such as Lalux, Cactus, Luxembourg Air Rescue, and many others across Luxembourg, Switzerland, and Belgium.
As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for an additional Account Executive M/F.
The role 🎯
Your role will be to develop new business for skeeled, from the first contact to the contract signature.
This is not a role based only on managing inbound leads. A significant part of your impact will come from your ability to identify the right companies, open conversations, present our solution and turn these opportunities into clients. Prospecting will therefore be the key driver of our success!
What does it involve?
Developing new opportunities
Identify companies with strong potential and the right contacts within them: HR, Talent Acquisition, General Management or other decision-makers involved in recruitment.
Actively reach out to prospects through the most relevant channels: phone, email, LinkedIn, events, network, etc.
Create the first conversations, understand their challenges and build your own commercial pipeline.
Managing your sales cycle from A to Z
Actively lead prospection calls, qualification meetings and product demonstrations.
Present skeeled’s value proposition in a clear, concrete and tailored way.
Prepare commercial offers, negotiate with decision-makers and support prospects until the contract is signed.
Collaborating with the teams to move the business forward
Work with the Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams.
Share market feedback to help us improve our sales approach and our solution.
Keep our sales tools up to date, especially the CRM (Hubspot).
Required skills ✅
You already have at least 2 years of successful experience in B2B sales, ideally in software, SaaS or HR solutions.
You enjoy business development and are comfortable with prospecting.
You know how to manage a full sales cycle, from the first contact to the contract signature.
You are able to quickly understand a prospect’s challenges and adapt your pitch.
You are autonomous, structured, persistent and results-oriented.
You are fluent in French and English, C1 level.
Nice to have ⭐
Experience in recruitment, HR, start-ups or HR software.
Fluency in Luxembourgish and/or German.
Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot.
Good knowledge of the Luxembourg market.
