Product Manager Digital Assets
Permanent contract (F/M)
As Product Manager Digital Assets at LuxSE, you will shape and execute the company’s Digital Assets product vision, strategy and roadmap. You will play a key role in strengthening LuxSE’s position as the financial market infrastructure (FMI) of choice for international securities, while driving business growth and profitability through innovation and value creation.
Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to her/his management and the Executive Committee in the definition of a Digital Assets product strategy aligned with the corporate strategy, the development of new products (features), and the management of our product portfolio;
Act as internal champion in the area of Digital Assets; drive the execution of the product strategy internally and with the selected business partners (as and where appropriate); elaborate product concept papers and associated business cases; act as key contributor of business requirements in the product development phase;
Engage actively clients and other stakeholders, monitor market trends and emerging developments, anticipate future customer needs and identify potential new business opportunities; ensure that LuxSE products and services respond to market expectations;
Act as opinion leader externally, contribute to raising LuxSE visibility and represent it actively in trade associations and industry events;
Maintain product management inventory & roadmap; conduct annual investment budget preparation; manage the (financial & operational) performance of our products;
Define policies & processes relating to Digital Assets products and services.
Education & experience
Degree in Business/Economics/Finance/Technology or a related field;
Min. 10 years of experience in Capital Markets and/or with Digital Assets platforms or product ecosytems;
Strong expertise & proven track record in Digital Assets, the tokenization of securities and associated new technologies (AI, DLT);
A previous experience in financial markets infrastructures, including at a crypto-native or Digital Asset exchange as well as a tokenization platform or other comparable infrastructure, is an asset;
Min. 5 years of experience in a product management, product development or business development role.
