Tomorrowland is on the hunt for a visionary, data-driven Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to elevate our brand in Thailand.

In this exciting role, you’ll lead marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness, audience engagement, and campaign execution across digital, social, and experiential platforms. You’ll collaborate with local and global teams on social media, content creation, performance analysis, and PR/KOL campaigns to ensure maximum impact.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead written communications in Thai, including writing and translating social media copy, website content, ads, and marketing collateral.

  • Support the Global Marketing team in managing social media channels, building community engagement, and developing interactive content.

  • Adapt and localize Tomorrowland’s global social media strategy for the local and regional market.

  • Create clear content briefs for the global Tomorrowland Creative team and follow up on delivery (visuals, videos, assets).

  • Guide and brief local creative partners and content teams on storytelling needs, visuals, and community narratives.

  • Develop, localize, and manage content strategies aligned with Tomorrowland’s global positioning and platform best practices.

  • Track and analyze social performance metrics, audience insights, and engagement trends to inform data-driven decisions.

  • Monitor social channels for feedback, mentions, and trends to understand audience sentiment and emerging opportunities.

  • Coordinate live content creation during events, ensuring real-time storytelling is on-brand and impactful.

  • Collaborate closely with Global Marketing and Social Teams (Belgium + Thai HQ).

  • Support influencer, KOL, and creator partnerships in collaboration with third-party agencies, including evaluation, coordination, and performance tracking.

  • Deliver structured campaign reports, media coverage summaries, and post-campaign insights.



MUST-HAVES:

  • Native Thai speaker with strong Thai writing skills.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing and social media role.

  • Post-secondary education with a focus on marketing.

  • Strong understanding of social platforms used in Asia.

  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing tools, trends, and platforms.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

  • Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and adapting quickly to change.
