What will you do?
Being part of the team, you will:
Provide administrative and secretarial support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. The role involves handling correspondence, managing documents, and supporting internal and external communication in a professional and efficient manner.
Furthermore you will :
Provide general administrative and secretarial support
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls)
Prepare, format and file documents, reports and presentations
Maintain accurate records and filing systems (electronic and paper-based)
Provide support in relation to clients’ engagement lifecycle
Open engagements in Financial Management Tool
Support in WIP review and assessment
Prepare, submit for validation and finalise invoices
Participate in debtors’ meetings and support with follow‑up
Monitor and analyse the financial aspects of client files in collaboration with Partners and Finance
Schedule meetings, manage calendars and organize appointments
Assist with travel arrangements and meeting logistics when required
Always ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Support other administrative tasks as required
This position is for you if:
You hold a Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Secretariat, or a related field
You possess a first experience in an administrative or secretarial role can be an asset
You speak English and French fluently
You possess a good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Teams
You demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills
You pay attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
You are proactive, reliable and eager to learn
You posses good communication and interpersonal skills
You are able to work both independently and as part of a team
