Make the extraordinary happen, safely.
Behind the scenes of Tomorrowland, a lot goes into making the festival happen safely and smoothly.
As a Risk Management Intern, you’ll support our team with permits, safety, emergency planning and day-to-day festival operations. From preparations in February to the festival itself, you’ll get hands-on experience and discover how all the different pieces come together.
We’re looking for someone who thinks beyond their own field of expertise, connects the dots and enjoys turning plans into action.
What you’ll do
Support the follow-up of permits and authorisations needed to organise Tomorrowland.
Help coordinate information, requirements and action points with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Contribute to preparations around safety, emergency planning and festival operations.
Support the day-to-day work of the Risk team, taking on both administrative and hands-on operational tasks.
Get involved in the operational side of the festival, including activities at the Event Control Center (ECC).
Help connect the dots between different teams, requirements and practical challenges.
Who you are
You’re studying in a field related to public administration, safety, facility management or a similar discipline.
You’re curious about permits, regulations, safety and emergency planning.
You have an open mind and look beyond the boundaries of your own expertise.
You take initiative, enjoy figuring things out and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves.
You’re organised, keep an overview and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment where priorities can change.
You communicate confidently in English. A basic knowledge of French is a plus.
You have a driving licence.
