Tomorrowland is expanding its activities to Ibiza and is therefore looking for a experienced Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations and planning. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial strategies and operations. This includes budgeting, financial planning, risk management, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Your expertise will be essential in driving financial performance and supporting business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the pre-opening phase in your department and develop a strategy.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Manage financial reporting and analysis.
Identify and mitigate financial risks.
Collaborate with other departments and key stakeholders, including Tomorrowland HQ, to support financial decision-making.
Lead and manage the finance team.
Ensure all financial activities align with the Tomorrowland brand.
MUST-HAVES
Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 10 years in financial management. Preferably in an hospitality and/or entertainment environment.
Experience working with an international HQ/team.
Strong knowledge of financial principles and Spanish regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English; Spanish is a must.
