Tomorrowland is expanding its activities to Ibiza and is therefore looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Accountant. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new project, where people, culture, and creativity come together to create unforgettable experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You are responsible for all accounting activities from A to Z.

• You help set up and structure the financial operations of our new Ibiza activities.

• You lead and coordinate the local accounting support team, monitoring deadlines and objectives.

• You follow up on key balance sheet items monthly and ensure accurate, up‑to‑date bookkeeping (suspense accounts, investments, accruals, etc.).

• You coordinate the entire payment cycle and ensure compliance with the payment schedule.

• You act as the first point of contact for accounts receivable and accounts payable management.

• You prepare the monthly and annual closing.

• You ensure compliance with all Spanish regulatory obligations, including:

VAT returns and other local tax requirements

Corporate income tax

Various legal reports and surveys

• You support management with financial analyses and reporting.

MUST‑HAVES:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accountancy, Taxation, or a similar field.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in an accounting or financial role.

• Strong knowledge of Spanish accounting standards and tax regulations.

• Experience working with international teams and reporting structures.

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) – mandatory.

• Experience in the hospitality industry is a strong plus.

• You are accurate, discrete, and well‑organized.

• You can work independently but also function well in a collaborative environment.
