Tomorrowland Brazil is looking for a driven, commercially minded Partnerships Sales Executive to strengthen our local commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible in close cooperation with Tomorrowland HQ for generating revenue through sponsorships, brand partnerships, and commercial opportunities, while contributing to the long-term growth of the Tomorrowland brand in Brazil and Latin America.
Responsibilities:
· Develop, execute, and manage the commercial sales strategy for the Brazilian market in line with Tomorrowland’s global brand vision and objectives.
· Proactively identify, prospect, and pitch new sponsorship and partnership opportunities with brands, agencies, and commercial partners.
· Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and closing, and contract execution.
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in Brazil.
· Actively participate in commercial concept development and sponsorship innovation discussions.
· Coordinate closely with internal teams (Partnerships HQ, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance) to ensure smooth execution of commercial agreements.
· Represent Tomorrowland at industry events, networking opportunities, and business meetings in Brazil.
· Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue KPIs, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
Key Duties:
· Lead sponsorship and commercial sales initiatives for Tomorrowland Brazil events, media platforms, and brand extensions.
· Prepare tailored commercial proposals, pitch decks, and partnership presentations aligned with brand guidelines.
· Negotiate commercial terms, rights, deliverables, and financial agreements with partners, sponsors and support in media deals.
· Ensure correct delivery of partner rights, assets, and activations in coordination with other teams and account coordinator(s).
· Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reporting, and updates.
· Support budgeting, revenue forecasting, and financial follow-up of commercial deals.
· Maintain relationship with key stakeholders of assigned commercial partners throughout the partnership lifecycle.
· Identify market trends, competitor activity, and new revenue opportunities within Brazil’s entertainment and lifestyle sectors.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic sales, sponsorships, business development, or commercial roles, preferably in an international context.
· Experience within entertainment, events, media, sports, or lifestyle industries is a strong plus.
· Demonstrated experience or in-depth understanding of media deal negotiation is highly desirable.
· Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
· Strong understanding of the Brazilian commercial and brand partnership landscape.
